AS24309 is recorded with the same registry name as [AS18209](https://ipinfo.fyi/asn/18209), CABLELITE-AS-AP, checked 13 Oct 2026. PeeringDB’s ACT Fibernet listing is on AS18209. If your lookup says AS24309, you are still on that operator’s network for the purpose of a CGNAT question.

Use the [ACT guide](https://ipinfo.fyi/isp/act) and the router-versus-public-address test. Do not assume a forum post about another city’s plan applies to yours.

## Questions

### Why do ACT lookups show two ASNs?

This site’s list has both AS18209 and AS24309 under CABLELITE-AS-AP. Which one announces your prefix is a routing fact, not a different ISP.
